    Chad "Chapy" Beason has had his motorcycle stolen from the parking lot after hours at Rich's shop "Cycle Imports of Santa Cruz"
    Be on the lookout for this bike:
    88 katana 600 rattle can black with a shortned tail section
    License plate 17P4481 Vin number Js1gn72a7j2100353

    what day/night? Does shortened tail mean no rear fender or was it chopped like Moike's Monster?

      Yes the tail section was cut off like Moike's Ducati. It still had the stock head light but all the plastics are removed. A CRG mirror on the left clip-on. 4 into 1
      with a supertrap can. A typcal rat bike loud and ugly, I'm suprised some one took it.

              How well do you know the guy you bought it from Chappy? Maybe he has a spare key and makes a living driving around the country selling his bike to folks then stealing it back.

              I saw something similar in a David Carradine movie once.
