Shane's correct. No longer is "Santa Cruz" (Watsonville, Capitola, ...) a neighborhood in the southbay area of sfbay.craigslist.com. Santa Cruz and environs are now a separate polity, and towns near Santa Cruz are neighborhoods in that polity.

Not that it makes much difference.
