And though I'm sure I forgot some, there's only one I miss... my 1999 Ducati M900.

    '72 Honda CB360
'70 Triumph Daytona 500 twin carb (wish I has taken better care of it. I'd still have it if I had)
'64 Triumph Tiger Cub (Liza's now)
    '82 Yamaha 650 Seca
'84 Kawi GPZ 750 (may it burn for all eternity in Hell)
    '70 Honda CB350
'70 Honda CB350 (bought as a running pair)
    '86 Honda CBR600 Hurricane
'89 Honda CB-1 (never should have sold that)
'89 Honda CB-1 (bought to replace the one I shouldn't have sold)
    '90 Honda Hawk GT
    '93 Honda CBR600 F2 http://amateurproctology.com/crash/
    '01 Honda CBR600 F4I (wife's)
    '01 Honda CBR600 F4I (mine)
    '96 Honda CBR1000
'95 Ducati Super Sport 900 CR
'85 Honda XL350 (never got it running)
'93 Honda XL250L (technically I didn't own it. I had it on extended loan)
    '02 Honda XR200
    '96 Honda XR400
    '02 Yamaha TTR125

I am sure that I also have missed a few. Biggest regret was totaling the F2. I loved that bike. Beau wouldn't know anything about that fateful day now would you Beau?

      90 Kawi EX500 - I was the 9th owner
92 Honda CRB600 F2 - In gayer than gay pink and purple
89 Yamha YSR - sitting in the corner of the garage
      93 Honda CBR600 F2 - Captain America RW&B (Goose F2 re-incarnate)
05 Yamaha FZ6 - the most dependable, binned it and still going...

The F2s were great bikes to ride, but due to being old I would usually have fuel delivery/carb issues on them or the charging system would be on the fritz. I'd still buy another one if it was clean and cheap, or slap high-bars and a loud exhaust on a beat one.

Beau, can I have part of that motorcycle trust fund you've got?

I started riding in 1978. Wow, 30 years on 2 wheels this spring!

        1970 CB125S
        1974 CB360S
        1973 XS360
        1975 XS500
        1979 CB650
        1975 XS 650 B
19?? XL100 (owned same bike 3 times, bought for $25, sold for $50,bought for $25, sold for $50, bought for $15, bartered for wixom fairing)
        1975 R90/6
        2003 R1150RT

All but the R1150RT were purchased between 1978 and 1986. I still own the R90/6.

          In order bought
74 Honda XL125 - wish I still had this one, first love thing
73? Honda CB360 - blew a valve or something, took it totally apart (which I'm good at)
74 Yamaha RD350 - sorta wish I still had this one, but rather have an RZ350
          81 BMW R100
          82 Yamaha XT250
          89 Honda NX250
          89 Yamaha XT350 - doesn't run
2 x 71 Honda CL100 - one in parts, bought for the wifey to learn on, but she isn't that interested. saving the parts one for my son to build up some day
          03 BMW R1150RTP
          07 Honda 50 - for my son

After selling the RD400 I learned my lesson and haven't sold anything since (well I sold the Yamaha xt250 to my uncle, but bought it back a few months later, might sell it again as I don't ride it and want to get the 350 running instead)

There have been a few bikes I wish I've bought. When I was 18 I was going to All American on a regular basis to drool on the Hawk GT650. finally had money for a down payment, only to learn that I couldn't afford the insurance

Bikes in my near future, a Husky super moto. Maybe a Ducati, dark monster, or maybe a Hawk now that I can afford the insurance.

I'd like an older BMW, /2 or older, maybe a sidecar, or a Ural sidecar - actually I'd like to go to Russia, pick one up at the factory, tour for a month and ship it back. Talking to my Russian coworkers, they say it would probaible cost as much as going down to SC BMW and buying a new one.

I'd like to have some old english iron too, BSA, AJS, etc...

Santa Cruz is a small town. Buying a used bike here is no different than getting a girl friend here.

Everyone you know has already ridden it...

Pretty short list as I took a dozen years off in the middle of my riding career.

                  Started on a bored out '71 XR75
stepped up to the '77 YZ 80
Got legal for the street and went with a '85 XL 350
Blew that up and upgraded to '86 XL 600
Busted that up when I pulled a superman over a car after some idiot sorority whore was too busy talking to her friends to notice me pulled a left in front of me.
And after many moons of healing and wishing for another...
                  '07 SV 650, I'm in love.

Would still like to have either thumper back. Extra power on the 6 was nice, but the front end on the 350 was kinda light.

Honda hawk (don't remember the year, had it in 88)

                          91 Suzuki DR650

I only did the bikes from 1988 on. The four on the bottom within the last three years. Before that i had a 5 or6 year break from riding.
