              Anyone who says "it's going to be priced in-line with the Japanese bikes" should promise to cut off their dick when they're wrong.

                I'm looking forward to finally riding one. The price point will exceed that of the Japanese liter bikes but not by much so I'm told. but how much more?

                Well I'll have to wait and see. The 09 R1 has the knod for the next stable mate along side the Daytona.

                    You can buy the $13k Honda for $10k.
                    Not gonna happen with the beemer, and the dealerships are pricing them at $15k (Dentist friend of ours here in SLO has one on order).
