UVAS Covered in Gravel

About 6 miles worth of UVAS (South San Jose) is COVERED in a thick gravel while construction is going on. it was terrible. Even I had slowed down to a frustrating 30mph, fishtailing the entire section.

:-( My commute is now elsewhere. Anyone have any suggestions for the route from SJ to Monterey?
