Ever want to pick up a non-pussified 49 state bike, but didn't know how to get around the 7500 mile requirement in california?
You need only remove the battery, attach a 12v bench supply, and use a speedo healer (www.speedohealer.com) in the "diagnostic" mode to convince the bike it's running at 95+mph while sitting at a standstil.
And there ya go. 95mph at a standstill with the kickstand down and the engine off. With the bench supply attached instead of the battery you can leave it like this for as long as you need until you've ticked up enough miles.
