Sidecar Sighting

I just saw (sat 6/5 @ 'round 545pm) a very cool racing sidecar on the street, well actually in the parking lot at blockbuster across the street from the Rio.

Just want to know who’s ride and how did they get it on the road?

If it was bright orange and yellow it was Moike (one of the Vamps) and he can give you the details on making them street legal.
