Hey all,
I'm looking for a housemate! I've got a kick ass house in the city with a working fireplace, sunny backyard, diningroom, 3 car garage (for motorcycle parking and storage), and an extra room downstairs I use as a massage studio and for drunk friends to sleep over.
It is just me and soon, my awesome cat Sammy. It is in the Excelsior District 3 blocks from BART, the 280, and close to most trains and busses. The rent is $763 plus 1/2 utilities (h20, garbage, pg&e). It is available Oct 1 or anytime thereafter.
