I did it back in 1999, the math worked out like this...

- 500 dollars for a two 8 hour day training session in Santa Clara

- An average of 5 hours on the bike a day, 3 hours class/lunch

- Training heats were 10 minutes long

- I crashed every 60 seconds on average

For a grand tally of 600 crashes on average for the two day experience.

At a cost of .84 cents every time I pulled myself up out of the mud.

I suppose I could slap a flat track tire on the rear of the XR200 and go hit the TT track at Hollister alot cheaper.
