  • some alaskan riding pics

Some bikin' shots of Alaska on a nice day.
Here is my buddy mark's triumph daytona and his buddy on a red Trump as well, I didn't go on the trip in this pic, I was later in the day- some are of hatchers pass, the rest are of on the road to Girdwood.

Me on my V65 with my nice balloon style leather jacket!

Here is my buddy brian and his F4i. Good rider. Rides rain or shine, and in Alaska- that is hardcore!

Small crowd in Girdwood. Ducs 996, trump, Gixxers, RC51s, BMWs , everyone well represented.

    Brian and myself in Girdwood.

      Very Nice Pictures.

Wish i woulda been along on one of those rides. I was not able to ride as much as I'd have liked to mostly because of 14 days where it rained everyday in August but I did get about just over 3000 miles so far and hope to get another 500 before the snow flies

Nice pics. It looks like they might just take better care of the roads there. We have a wonderful thing called CalTrans which somehow manages to be working on all the roads at the same time, for years on end.

Hiway 9 to Seward, well actually to the Soldotna junction seemed like it always had construction going on whenever I was there in warm months. long sections of single lane blocked by RV dirt/mud with potholes bigger than a bike...

Down to Girdwood and even to portage glacier it was in good shape.

Yeah, I wish that MV was in my garage too. That damn thing looks like it is going 100 mph just sitting on its sidestand.

That is Scotts MV right? He wants to join up with us- but I think he is being deployed this year to a new state- kinda sucks- he is a cool guy- great to ride with! Chased him down at the gathering - not an easy task mind you LOL- thank gawd for road construction.
