I think I will be leaving my apartment in Oakland within the next four months or so.
I would like to buy a small condo in the south bay or peninsula area within a 1/2 mile of Caltrain or BART. Somewhere between Sunnyvale and Redwood City would be ideal. I would be commuting to downtown San Francisco by train for work.
If any of you have leads, know friends looking to move or may consider giving me a lease-to-own option on their condo I would be interested. I would like to do this without the use of realtors if possible.
