I'm sitting out California elections this year to vote in my other state of residence - there's a congressional race that I'm volunteering to help and to which I have been donating. I'm hoping that my candidate can pull an upset and retire a Blue Dog in Lee Hamilton's old district and bring back some progressive politics. I'm really pissed at the Blue Dog not learning new tricks as I helped his campaign in 2006 and have been ignored by his congressional office since then.
