    Restaurants Santa Cruz: breakfast/lunch/dinner.
I want to find the best in this area and sub areas, no fast food just good food and good deals. the details of the location are important so include all of them: parking-hours-price-quality-service-taste-busy times-deals-location-type of food- and of the menu what was your best?.

      Best Milkshake - Saturn
Best Burger - Kelly's French Bakery
Best Meatball & Pepper Sandwich - Joe's Pizza and Subs
      Best Sandwiches - Zoccolis
Best Breakfast style Chilaquiles - La Mission
Best Breakfast Burrito - Chill Out Cafe
Best Chinese - ABC in Scotts Valley
Best Vegetarian Dish - Princess Favorite Tofu at Star of Siam in Soquel.
Best Thai - Star of Siam in Soquel
Best Eggs Benedict - Walnut Street Cafe (also good for Green Chile dishes, owner is from New Mexico)

I'll try to think of more, and add details later. However, I don't really eat out often when in town.

Man I totally meant to ask you for a few cookies to go on Saturday, and just totally forgot... :-( Those were some gourmet cookies!!!

And Really, Falafel Hut? My favorite spot is Falafel House on Walnut, across from Walnut Ave Cafe... I usually get the veggie combo plate though, with all the stuffs! And Walnut Cafe is my most fave breakfast spot (I used to work there, so I've eaten everything I can on that menu). Grilled banana french toast and the benedicts are awesome!

I prefer the Falafel Hut for their Falafel, and they do a tasty Falafel Burger patty thing on a bun. However, Falafel House has a pretty good meat burger, I haven't tried the Veggie Plate. I'll make a point of it.

i just finished completely revamping my earlier post with addresses and hours, as well as my favorite menu items. Then I accidently closed the browser. FrenchConnection!!!

I think when it comes to all around best vegetarian, it has to go to Asian Rose/Malabar.....super cheap prices and great food, even with the lack of animal flesh.

I'd second that. Completely slipped my mind when making my list. I'd actually possibly rate them as the best restaurant in Santa Cruz. But I find a lot of the other top restaurant in town overrated.
