Sidecar Racing - Willow Springs THIS WEEKEND!

For anyone who is interested, there will be 15 sidecars on the grid this Sunday, October 18th at Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond, CA. It's about a 5 hour drive/ride down, but the race should be AWESOME!

Moike Jones and Cyndi Creech will be racing their final race of the season and I must say that Moike has made some impressive improvement over the past year in his driving skills. Mother fucker does know how to turn a throttle. 8-)

I will also be down there getting fitted for the body of my new sidecar for the 2010 season. I will be holding a "try out" for a potential passenger for my team. I really hope that he enjoys it and is down to commit!

BTW - If anyone is interested in being my passenger, please PM me and we can talk further. I am looking at the possibility of full sponsorship next year. You need to be able to have weekends off or be able to arrange one weekend off a month from March through October. You need to be in decent shape, be able to hold on and have strong knees and ankles.

Hope you all can make it! If you've never been, it's truly a site to behold and this is the perfect spectator track. You can see the entire track from the stands!!! 8-D

For those that weren't able to attend that -love- watching sidecars race, you missed a spectacular race!!! I've only witnessed four races and this one was a nail biter for sure! Moike only finished and/or raced in 7 out of the 14 races we had on the schedule this year and is consistantly pulling 6th place. I couldn't be more proud of his progress and I'm sure he will wipe the pavement with me next season!!
