My point exactly. This stuff isn't in the lineup but it should be.
H.D.'s latest Brawler concept bike doesn't look promising either.

I especially like the way the bikes ergonomic studies begin with a wooden mock up of the seating position for a Triumph speed Triple. I think you misunderstood me Lerney. I think HD should stick with what they know, as in DYNA's and baggers. Nothing comes close to the feel and ride a Street Bob gives, and alternatively, there's plenty out there that beats the crap out of an XR1200.

That's because you don't already have an XR1200 sitting in your front yard like I do. I'm just keeping an eye out for ways to improve it enough to make it real world rideable without a large cash outlay. If H.D. still produced a bike like the XLCR maybe I could do something about it. The market for this type of bike does exist. That's correct which is why my post said Harley "stuff" instead of Harley's and the links all went to aftermarket *parts* sources. Still, it would be nice to get O.E. cafe stuff like on the previously mentioned XLCR had instead of cheaply made chromed crap so in some ways I do mean factory parts as well as aftermarket.Originally posted by beauregard View Post
