    Interested in becoming a Vampire

    OK so quick down and dirty, I'm interested in becoming a Vampire. Yet I'm out of state and in a heavily controlled 1 percenter area so three Patch clubs are pretty much not going to let anyone fly any 3 patch colors here. I notice you guys run a patch and a lower Rocker(never gonna happen here in Texas) so fill me in, what kind of goals and what kind of direction are you headed as a club? What does it take to Prospect? To Patch? I see that what you ride is open to about anything which is good we have a ton of different bikes ranging from a 218hp Nitrous Busa to a 50cc Roadracer. We have Drag Raced, Land Speed Raced, and Road Raced. So give me a little info please.

    All the existing chapters started with SC members able to help with gestation. Getting someone from SC (or one of the other chapters) to Texas regularly seems like it would be difficult. Riding out to an existing chapter, hanging out and riding with us would be needed to start with.

    It's cool that you like us. And the mix of bikes and riding you talk about sounds great too.

      The major problem in Texas is that the State is pretty much owned by Bandito's and any rags that fly out here must have their approval if they are 3 patch or be run through the C.O.C. (Confederation of Clubs). Smaller area Texas clubs are so territorial that they won't allow any colors. There has been discussion for years about forming a non 3 patch SportBike based club but in reality it might be easier to open a new chapter of an existing club. While I don't think colors or a Rag is going to define who I am or grant me strength or prestige it is human nature to want to "belong" to a group.
      There is a current probationary chapter of the Ruff Riders here but they are predominately Black hispanic and they avoid the 3 patch controversy by
      A wearing a bulletproof style vest and wearing a single patch with no Rockers
      B by claiming to be a "LifeStyles Club" not a MC or a RC.
      Again I would be interested providing our goals were as similar as I think they might be.

        There will be no expanding chapters into Texas if that is what you are really after. We can only consider a chapter expansion if an existing club member moves into an area and finds enough people of a similar mind set that we feel it is O.K. to allow them to proceed with the process required to form another chapter. It takes an immense amount of work and dedication. It also requires that an existing member with several years experience has the dedication and drive to pull it off. It can and has happened but Texas is out of the question. For the time being it needs to be convenient enough for us to regulate expansion chapters if needed.

        Should you ever move into our areas please feel free to get to know our members (not that member you perverts). Attend some events, go on rides and just hang out for a year or two. Then you may approach a member who knows and trusts you for a petition to apply for membership.

            Oh, and one of the prerequisites to joining the club is that you have to find at least two people who are total assholes to be in the club with you^^
