    600cc+ dual sport needed

    Looking for dr 650se, klr650, ktm 620, xr 650 etc.

    Price range around 2k.

    Any ideas?

    Will keep doing my research for listings.

    Any other bike suggestions or feedback on models?

    don't forget about the Yamaha XT 600. mine rocks and has ton's of power.

            Damn that's FUGLY! What a horrible thing to do to a Hawk.

            I hope that's not the gas tank located under the seat. Aside from the obvious clearance issues it's just a really bad idea.

              Found the bike posted for sale on the Adventure Riders Forum and yes, that's the fuel tank under the rear seat. Interestingly enough, all of BMW's new 650 and 800 series bikes now have the fuel tanks under the seat.

                            ATKs are outstanding off/on road preformers and the place where it's for sale has a good rep (Bits and Peices)... he also takes care of Vampires/SLOSPECTS.

                              I assume they meant 650, not 605. My coworker has one. He had it at the dunes for Zilla's b-day. He also rode it from San Diego down Baja and back including to Coco's Corner.
