    My introduction and a question

    Greetings!

    After many years on and off many different makes and models (and being off the last 5 years) I just got back in the saddle once again. Giddy up!
    I'm looking for some friends who also dig the two wheels and like to hang. I came upon the Vampires and said to myself "Self! You look friggen bitchin' in black!" So I figured I'd start showing up at some of the gigs and chill.

    Here's the question: I live in Santa Clara and it's appears to be smack dab between San Fran and Santa Cruz. I've seen the Wednesday meetings are at Benders in San Fran. Do you also have meetings down in Santa Cruz?

    So there's my story. I'll catch ya on the flip side. Be safe out there!

    Ahh. Where to start... First off,

    THE PATCH IS NOT A FUCKING FASHION STATEMENT!!!

    Secondly yes, We do have meetings in SC open to the public and you are welcome to attend but don't consider asking to prospect without some solid hanging around and also some hours in the saddle with us. We meet here http://www.theperg.com/ 1st. Thursday of every month at 7:30 PM. From there we ride to the meetings at a non disclosed location.

        He said nothing about prospecting or wearing a patch so loosen up that trigger finger!

        Welcome to the forum, Jeremiah. Your timing is excellent since we have our big annual rally coming up in June. There will be camping, food & drink available to guests as well as fun rides, games and prizes throughout the whole weekend. I hope you can make it.

        Some Vampires live in-betwen SF & SC. I live in Mountain View. Howdy neighbor.

                Thanks for the info. I wasn't offended by Rotten's comments at all, and as a matter of fact, I admire his passion about the club. That would probably discourage the "looky-loos and wannabes" but makes me wanna hang even more so.

                I look forward to tipping back a few ice cold barley beverages with ya!

                          Hmmm. Funny for us to be sure but that may fall under cruel and unusual punishment.

                            Cold malt beverage is not specific. It includes the nasty four letter stuff.
