Being on the track pussifies my street riding. I end up feeling cramped for space when I get back on the street. To each their own, it seems different people react differently to time on the track. I feel that once you know what you should be checking yourself for technique wise you can do the same practice on a wednesday afternoon. Although it helps if you have a ninja 250 or some such.

My track days are on said tracks: hwy 9, 35, Uvas, 152, Watsonville Rd, Mines, and Bonny Doon Area. Those Tracks are FREEEEE!!!!
